1.Gasoline Injector Tester and Cleaner can not only apply static detection, dynamic detection and optional detection to injection angle, dribbling, atomization and uniformity coefficient of one or more fuel injectors, but also simulate the performance of the engine and observe the overall operation process of the injectors.

Can arbitrarily set the rotation speed, injection time and times counting, injection pulse width and injection mode within the suggested range above, and the detecting mode may be static or dynamic, acceleration or deceleration. And the detecting process can be paused and resumed to original program.
3. Can diagnose one or more fuel injectors and employ automatic cleaning, reverse flushing and ultrasonic cleaning.
4. Diagnose under either injection time mode or times counting mode, the latter being the default detection mode. If time counting mode is wanted, just set the parameter manually. The system will digitally display the parameter, ease and simplicity of operation.
5. Has a unique two-line system which is applicable to all fuel injectors. The automatic discharge can prevent the liquid flow back to the cylinder.
6. Can do reverse flushing and disaffiliation-free flushing.
7. In case of different models of fuel injector, just use suitable plug and change the “O” ring.
8. The injector tester adopts micro-computer technology and mechanotronics design, together with clear digital display and power supply of 400W and specified protective device for injection.
9. The injector tester has powerful, reliable and clocked ultrasonic cleaning system, whose ultrasonic frequency is 40KHz. Work in accordance with fuel injector manufacturer’s suggestion, preventing any damage to the fuel injector. There are different connectors for different fuel injectors, applicable to standard model, Hose-Taic model, K model, TBL model, etc. Micro-computer control automatically regulates the fuel system pressure. The prevention over excess pressure can ensure fuel flow and normal pressure.
